In this role, you will:
- Cultivate and expand complex client relationships across Colorado, serving as a trusted advisor and translating client priorities into forward-looking, data-driven strategies that influence key decision-makers.
- Operate as a senior leader, strengthening internal collaboration, enhancing risk and process discipline, and resolving complex client matters while representing the firm with credibility in the market.
- Drive disciplined relationship planning and pipeline management, ensuring delivery of the full suite of solutions while maintaining accurate, forward-looking insights within CRM and reporting systems.
- Enable strategic business development, partnering with Business Development Representatives to originate new client relationships by leveraging established networks and market presence.
- Influence product innovation and market strategy, collaborating with Commercial Lending Product Management to inform the design, evolution, and delivery of differentiated credit solutions aligned to client and market demands.
- Advise senior leadership on complex credit structuring and execution, leading the development, negotiation, and renewal of sophisticated cash flow and real estate lending solutions by synthesizing financial insights, delivering compelling client presentations, and orchestrating cross-functional alignment.
- Lead enterprise-wide solutioning for highly complex client needs, delivering integrated, tailored strategies across the full Wells Fargo platform by leveraging deep industry acumen, financial expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of client operating models, strategic objectives, and capital requirements.
- Shape and influence business strategy at a senior level, providing vision, direction, and thought leadership on innovative, cross-functional initiatives that drive Commercial Banking growth and advance firm-wide priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Professional network across Denver and greater Colorado market, with demonstrated ability to convert market connectivity into new relationship opportunities
- Experience with core commercial banking solutions, including complex commercial lending structures, treasury management platforms, and integrated financial services that support commercial clients
- Completion of a formal credit training program, demonstrating advanced proficiency in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and deal structuring
- Proven history managing high‑value commercial relationships within the $100MM to $500MM revenue segment, consistently delivering strategic advice and tailored financial solutions to sophisticated clients
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the enterprise, effectively mobilizing cross functional partners to deliver a unified, client centric experience that strengthens institutional relationships
- Established history of driving new business growth, including sourcing, securing, and expanding long‑term client relationships through strategic engagement and deep market knowledge specific to competitive dynamics in Colorado
- Strong capability in cultivating and sustaining executive level internal and external partnerships, leveraging influence, credibility, and industry networks to advance business objectives
- Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks, ensuring full adherence to compliance expectations, operational controls, and enterprise-wide governance standards
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal skills that effectively engage senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
