Job Description:

Withum is currently seeking a Temporary- Senior Coordinator- Learning Logistics specialist to support our L&D department based out of one of our New Jersey offices. The timeline for this role is an anticipated start date of 8/3/26 and an anticipated end date of 8/31/26. The Senior Coordinator supports the firm-wide continuing professional education planning and delivery effort. This role has significant involvement in coordination, scheduling, speaker recruitment and program hosting for the Firm's live onsite and live online events. This role is cross trained to provide full support for all other L&D functions including CPE credit processing and file closure.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Supporting all programming functions in coordination with the L&D Programming Manager

  • Coordination with presenters on scheduling, materials and logistics

  • Moderating programs, including addressing speaker and attendee questions and concerns pre-event, during the event and post-event

  • Processing event reports, recordings and evaluations

  • Serving as a point of contact for live event venues and supporting or leading onsite operation at selected live events as delegated by L&D Programming Manager

  • Providing cross-support for other team functions

  • Participating actively in L&D team meetings and brainstorming sessions

  • Making and (as directed) implementing recommendations for improvements to team processes and systems

  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required

  • Ability to exercise of significant independent judgment and discretion

  • Understanding of learning management systems and processes

  • Understanding of NASBA rules and regulations related to CPE issuance

  • Proficiency in MS office suite, ADP, LC Vista, Gotowebinar and Zoom

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes

  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

This role involves enforcement of CPE compliance requirements by professionals at all levels in the firm and requires complete adherence to those requirements as well as a high capability for tact and diplomacy

Physical Demands:

While performing this job the employee is required to talk, hear, and type. The job requires extensive screen time and close vision. The role requires support at CPE programs which may involve transporting materials to and from programs and being able to lift boxes not more than 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

This job is performed in an office environment where the noise is normally moderate, and passage of other employees through the work area is normal. This role requires support for CPE programs which may require staffing a registration desk in a semi-public area (i.e. training center or hotel function space.

The compensation range for this position is $28.00 per hour. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance.
