Senior Manager, Field Marketing

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager, Field Marketing to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Field Marketing, this role will focus on executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth through field marketing initiatives such as events, conferences, and direct mail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, organizing impactful events, and collaborating across departments to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Field Marketing team by executing large scale tentpole events and conferences with multiple event touch points
- Manage individual event budgets within the larger multi-million dollar marketing budget
- Act as the internal point of contact for the sales team (and post sales team) regarding all events and experiential campaigns pre, during, and post event
- Act as the internal point of contact for finance, legal, design, and more for contract execution, payment execution, and general project management.
- Large scale events (100+) multiple vendor management
- Copy writing - marketing emails, newsletters, social media, marketing materials (booths, signage)
- Ensure all events are reflected in project management tools like Asana, Tropic, Confluence, and more, and kept up-to-date and current
- Lead generation: work with the Campaigns and Operations teams to ensure all leads are uploaded to CRM and nurtured appropriately for every field marketing campaign
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Partnership & Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation, to ensure seamless execution of in person event experiences - collateral, swag, onsite messaging, etc.
- Support event attendees with enablement resources and toolkits to empower partners to effectively market Wunderkind's products and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B channel marketing, field marketing, events, experiential marketing or related fields.
- Strong event management and field marketing skills, including planning and executing hospitality events, conferences and trade shows with premium output
- Experience working within Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Hubspot, etc. is welcomed
- Strong interpersonal skills are imperative for onsite client entertainment
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and other relevant marketing technologies is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to travel for conferences and events, sometimes on weekends and evenings.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
