Position Summary


Establish and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing communications, faxes, and printed materials. Generate the proper workflow in the case management system and route to the appropriate workgroup for processing. Research and respond to tickets, employee file requests, email, and beneficiary inquiries by utilizing available resources and process documents. Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to employees, managers, and Human Resources (HR), retirees, and former employees. Maintain high level of customer service. Participate as a member of the HR Service Center (HRSC) team to effectively meet overall HRSC quality outcomes and service level agreements and maintain a high level of confidentiality through understanding privacy laws and requirements.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Log and generate workflow for all in-coming correspondence such as mail (through EcoMail), faxes and e-mails by utilizing the case management system to register all transactions as appropriate.

  • Print and distribute benefit confirmation statements, new hire benefit information, and special mailings. Utilize the case management system to track all transactions.

  • Review and respond to miscellaneous requests such as beneficiary inquiries, verification requests and material requests.

  • Assist with administrative functions for the HR Operations department, including but not limited to pulling files, printing and mailing materials, ordering office supplies, picking up and disseminating mail for HR Operations including payroll checks and pay slips.

  • Maintain HRSC printed materials for distribution including manage inventory levels, order, print and stock.

  • Other duties as assigned to assist HR Operations staff in meeting quality outcomes and service level agreements.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced office environment; preference given to working in a Human Resources, benefits or payroll environment.

  • Microsoft office applications experience is required.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Must be customer focused.

  • In-office days outside company or department policy may be required.

  • Workday and UKG experience preferred.
