About the Job:


The Senior Manager of Social Media leads the development and execution of our brand's social media strategy and execution. This role is a dynamic leader with a strong background in developing and executing comprehensive paid and organic social media strategies that integrate across all marketing touchpoints to build brand trust and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative, social-first content strategies across platforms including Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others

2. Lead and manage a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

3. Create and oversee the execution of social media campaigns aligned with overall brand goals and product launches

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize the impact of partnerships and sponsorships

5. Analyze social media metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI

6. Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge

7. Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and platform partners

8. Develop and maintain social media policies, guidelines, and best practices for the organization

9. Oversee social media budget and resource allocation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance measurement
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or MBA
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising and influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
