Job Summary

This engineering position offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex technical projects from initial concept through final implementation. Responsibilities

• Design, model, develop, and test machines, structures, or systems according to project specifications
• Develop and document functional requirements for engineering projects
• Create simulations and prototypes to evaluate preliminary designs and validate operational concepts
• Design individual components and integrate them into cohesive final products
• Conduct comprehensive testing of components and complete systems to verify performance standards
• Monitor product quality throughout the development and production lifecycle
• Control and optimize process efficiency to maximize productivity and minimize waste
• Evaluate designs for overall effectiveness, cost efficiency, reliability, and safety compliance
• Investigate root causes of product or system failures using systematic analysis techniques
• Recommend and implement improvements based on failure analysis and quality assessments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

30.46 - 40.62 USD hourly
