Position Overview

The Project Manager II will lead and coordinate a large-scale initiative to modernize and upgrade security infrastructure across hundreds of facilities. This project focuses on replacing outdated security equipment and systems to improve consistency, reliability, and the organization’s overall security posture.

This role requires a highly organized and proactive project manager capable of managing multiple deliverables, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while maintaining clear documentation and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of security technology modernization projects across multiple facilities.
• Identify, track, and drive completion of project deliverables to ensure schedule adherence.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Identify and document project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and site personnel to support project execution.
• Partner with construction vendors and site foremen when equipment installations or facility work is required.
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and maintain clear project governance practices.

The Project Manager II role is dynamic and varies based on project needs. Daily responsibilities may include:

• Driving project deliverables and tracking progress against milestones

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills
• Experience managing budgets and financial forecasts
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and vendor relationships
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience with physical security systems or cybersecurity projects

Travel

Travel is not required but may occur once or twice per year depending on project needs. If travel is required, expenses such as flights, hotels, and meals will be reimbursed upon submission.

• Candidates must arrange their own parking if visiting office locations.
