Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Prepare and maintain project reports, timelines, and documentation
- Support the development of detailed work plans to ensure on-time project delivery
- Track and manage project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
- Assist in driving projects through planning, execution, and reconciliation phases
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of project financials
- Reconcile cost and work order data to ensure accuracy
- Assist in evaluating the financial impact of scope or schedule changes
- Provide financial reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance and correct discrepancies
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to scope
- Manage day-to-day coordination of project schedules and costs
- Support approval and tracking of change orders, overtime, and vendor-related expenses
- Monitor vendor performance, productivity, and quality
- Identify and resolve project deviations to maintain performance targets
- Assist in identifying project risks and issues
- Support development and implementation of mitigation strategies
- Participate in change management processes, including documentation of change orders and exception requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate across functions to improve project efficiency and resource utilization
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels
- Monitor and/or inspect project work to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
- Ensure remediation plans are completed and properly documented
- Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting processes
- Experience supporting or managing multiple projects in a cross-functional environment
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Experience with financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in utilities, energy, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with enterprise project management tools and reporting systems
