Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager (PMO & Governance) to support a portfolio of IT and data-driven initiatives. This role blends hands-on delivery, governance oversight, and stakeholder coordination across cross-functional teams.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Product Owners and business leads with milestones, deliverables, and KPI tracking
• Lead and coordinate Agile ceremonies in partnership with Scrum Masters and development teams
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage 2–3 concurrent projects from a PMO and governance perspective
• Facilitate collaboration across:
• Solution Architects
• Data Engineers
• ML Ops Engineers
• Application Developers
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Establish and manage escalation paths
• Oversee project execution, timelines, budgets, and scope
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Morning: Review priorities, emails, and task trackers; connect with team leads
• Midday: Participate in meetings (stand-ups, stakeholder updates, planning sessions)
• Afternoon: Focus on planning, tracking progress, and resolving issues
• End of day: Update documentation, prep for next steps, align priorities
  
  

This role is meeting-heavy (~70%) and requires strong communication and organization.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Project Management experience (mid-level; not senior/program level)
• Experience managing IT projects across full SDLC
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar tools (required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science environments
• Exposure to ML/AI project delivery
