Health Plan Digital & Technology Manager (3 openings- open to remote)
What You’ll Do
- Demonstrate deep health plan sector knowledge with a functional expertise in key business trends/topics – including but not limited to front, middle, and back office performance
- Lead client business development and client relationships
- Stay abreast of current business, tech, and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
- Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Manage client relationships and delivery- mitigate risks and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
- Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members.
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
- Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable
- 6+ years’ experience in health plan tech consulting
- 3+ years’ experience in a senior role (manager, director) within a professional services firm
- Demonstrated experience with driving commercial relationships within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the VP/director level.
- Strong credentials and demonstrated success in defining and delivering digital/tech solutions
- Ability to lead a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects
- A high level of motivation and self-starting attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs
