Senior Finance Analyst– Financial Metrics and Reporting

We seek a finance professional who will provide operational excellence, clear communication, and drive the maturation of existing processes to meet the growth and complexity needs of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and communicating revenue credits and metrics to firm leaders, managing the existing process, and developing and maturing this process to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

What You’ll Do:

  • Revenue Credit Calculation:
    • Accurately calculate revenue credits and other KPIs in accordance with current procedures.
    • Ensure timely and precise reporting of revenue credits and KPIs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Process Management and Improvement:
    • Manage the existing revenue credit process, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
    • Develop and document standard operating procedures for revenue credit calculations and reporting.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate revenue credit calculations and related financial information to internal stakeholders, including finance and consulting teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of revenue credit processes and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or closely related field required, advanced degree welcomed.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in financial or operational analysis supporting internal business units or stakeholders.
  • Strong experience with Excel and financial software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen, proven track record of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience communicating requirements to development teams for web tool development or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and improve financial processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
