Position Overview:
The Senior Associate, Digital Products, you will play a key supporting role in shaping and delivering digital solutions for clients across industries. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional ZS teams—including User Experience, Technology, Regulatory, and Legal—across the full product lifecycle. You will use your product management expertise to support Product Strategy, Product Management and Product Operations activities.
You will also play a role in supporting digital transformation efforts by helping clients adopt a product operating model—one that is user-centered and outcome-driven. You’ll collaborate with advisory consultants to help product and business leaders craft and mature their product organizations and processes. Through this work, you'll gain exposure to how leading companies are transforming to the product operating model and evolving the way they develop and manage digital solutions.

What You'll Do?
Digital Product Development
- Apply product management principles and best practices to ensure the “right thing” is built.
- Understand client strategic objectives and facilitate product discovery and innovation workshops.
- Based upon deep understanding of client and/or product business goals, align and articulate a product’s vision, goals, success metrics/criteria, value proposition, key users, and user scenarios.
- Create and maintain product/solution roadmaps with clear Initiatives, Milestones and Epics based on the "why" and "what." Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Product Operating Model Transformation
- Support advisory teams in helping clients transition from project-based to product-based ways of working
- Prepare materials, frameworks, and playbooks that illustrate product management best practices
- Participating in client workshops and working sessions focused on defining roles, team structures, and product governance
- Support standing up product operations processes and tooling
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree. Master’s degree or equivalent experience highly desired
- 3-5 years of experience as product manager, product owner or similar functions
- Experience working in a modern Product Model environment, with a strong understanding of product trios, product discovery and delivery, and principles of product models
- Communicate complex ideas with clarity through slide decks, visuals and other written communication
- High energy level, with strong facilitation and verbal/written communication skills
Additional Skills:
- Able to empathize with client frustrations and problem-solve effective solutions
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time
