Customer Insights Assistant
We seek organized and energetic administrative professionals to support qualitative market research logistics, research vendors, and qualitative data capture. These professionals will be part of our Research Support Group and be based in our Chicago, IL; Evanston, IL; Philadelphia, PA; San Diego, CA; and San Francisco, CA offices.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with project teams to provide administrative market research support, including managing communications for market research workflows, vendor quote generation, interview scheduling, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and maintaining project documentation;
• Organize and confirm that logistics have been arranged for project teams, ensuring all necessary resources are in place for successful project execution;
• Manage market research technology platforms to enable efficient execution of market research projects;
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with a diverse portfolio of market research vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and cost effectiveness for project teams
• Ensure compliance with market research industry regulations;
• Collaborate with project teams as a team member as needed;
What you’ll bring
• Candidate should have already obtained a bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline;
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Computer fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines;

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
