ZS’s Strategic Alliances and Investments group focuses on identifying, designing and executing strategic partnerships across ZS’s global business. Leveraging ZS’s unique market intelligence, broad and deep industry coverage, strong relationships and a track record of credibility in the market; the SAI group brings innovation to market and driving client impact through working with partners.

Strategic Alliances Specialist

We seek an experienced business development teammate to play a critical role in growing and managing high–impact partnerships for ZS. This person will possess strong technology partnerships and Alliances experience, have a customer first mindset and possess the acumen to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with key strategic Alliances such as; AWS, MSFT, Databricks, etc.
  • Own the revenue target for partnership, build pipeline, and execute partner marketing and enablement;
  • Work with ZS client teams, partners and customers to do effective presentations/demos and evangelize ZS solutions with partners;
  • Collaborate effectively with practice teams, marketing, PR, legal, and business teams to drive, manage, and grow key partnerships;
  • Become a trusted advisor and serve as an expert on assigned partner/s, helping with enablement across wider ZS.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred;
  • 10+ years of prior relevant work experience, preferably managing strategic Alliance Partnerships or in a pre-sales role;
  • Comfort in leading sales cycles for a consulting company selling services;
  • Customer-centric mind to build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • Has an aptitude for understanding the technical side of software
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.

Hybrid working model:

Travel:

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
