The Consultant will own functional workstreams within Patient Support Services technology programs and act as a techno-functional lead across business analysis, solution design, and delivery execution.
This role requires deep PSS domain knowledge, strong Salesforce Health / Life Sciences Cloud expertise, and the ability to independently engage with clients
What you’ll do:
Domain Leadership & Business Analysis:
- Lead requirements discovery workshops with client stakeholders across:
- Patient Services
- Market Access & Reimbursement
- Field Reimbursement & Nurse Educator teams
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional designs and delivery plans
- Ensure solutions align with program SOPs, compliance, and audit requirements
Solution Design & Techno-Functional Ownership:
- Own functional solution design on Salesforce Health Cloud/ Life Sciences Cloud
- Define scalable data models, workflows, and automation patterns for PSS programs
- Review and validate technical designs from a functional and business lens
- Act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams
Delivery & Client Engagement
- Own functional delivery across the project lifecycle
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting requirements
- Present solutions, trade-offs, and recommendations to client leadership
Team & Practice Contribution
- Mentor Associate Consultants & junior resources and review their deliverables
- Support solution demos, proposals, and RFP responses
- Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices in PSS Tech
What you’ll bring:
Domain & Industry
- Strong hands-on experience in Patient Support Services implementations
- Deep understanding of Hub Services, Market Access, Reimbursement, and Patient Engagement workflows
Technology
- Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, integrations, and platform capabilities
Consulting & Leadership Skills
- Ability to independently drive client conversations and decisions
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in global, multi-vendor delivery models
Preferred Background
- Experience in Patient support services implantation with advanced therapies (cell & gene therapy) is a strong plus
- Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven PSS solutions is an advantage
- Fluency in English

Additional skills:
- Capable of managing a virtual global team for the timely delivery of multiple projects
- Experienced in analyzing and troubleshooting interactions between databases, operating systems, and applications
