Technology Associate Principal (Associate Partner) - India
As a senior technology consulting leader, you will drive growth through disciplined execution—expanding ZS’s presence in the tech industry while leading complex, large-scale client engagements. You will build and sustain trusted client partnerships, translate emerging trends into actionable solutions, and deliver measurable business impact. By leveraging ZS’s capabilities and your industry expertise, you will originate and close new opportunities, scale high-performing teams, strengthen delivery excellence within the Technology Service Area, and turn strategy into results for our clients and our firm.
What You’ll Do –
- Own and drive business development efforts to expand ZS’s footprint across strategic global technology clients, personally shaping pursuits and closing opportunities.
- Lead from the front on large-scale, complex technology delivery engagements across cluster accounts, with direct accountability for outcomes.
- Set and enforce delivery excellence through hands-on oversight of program execution, quality, risk management, and operational rigor.
- Build and deepen senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor while actively driving technology-led expansion.
- Translate emerging industry and technology trends into practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable client impact.
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry leaders to enhance ZS’s solution ecosystem.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across ZS service lines, ensuring integrated, end-to-end solutions for clients.
- Actively mentor and develop senior leaders and delivery teams, setting a high bar for performance, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring –
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 16+ years of progressive experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or IT services within the technology sector.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in modern data and technology architectures—including cloud, AI, analytics, and automation—with the judgment to balance innovation, governance, and risk.
- Demonstrated success in business development, executive client management, and sustained revenue growth.
- Proven leadership of large-scale technology implementations and transformation programs, with direct involvement in delivery, mentoring delivery leads, and building data-driven teams.
- Strong track record of advising and influencing C-suite stakeholders in complex consulting environments.
- Ability to navigate large, matrixed client organizations and drive high-impact, strategic engagements.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills.
