What you’ll do: Business Technology Solutions Associate - Veeva CRM & Vault CRM Developer in the Technology area will

  • Design, configure, and implement solutions across Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault CRM modules (Account Management, Call Module, Suggestion Module, and many more)

  • Develop Vault SDK components (Java) for triggers, actions, workflow extensions, and custom services.

  • Collaborate with integration teams to design and test REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Configure CRM components such as Accounts, Contacts, Calls, CLM, Events Management, Surveys, and Multichannel interactions.

  • Set up user roles, profiles, permission sets, territories, call cycles, and business rules.
  • Build X-Pages dashboards, visualizations, and widgets using JSON, JavaScript, HTML, and VQL-like queries.
  • Manage CLM content lifecycle (uploading, bundling, validation, metadata assignment).
  • Execute sandbox management, metadata migration, release planning, and refreshing the environment.
  • Analyze CRM usage, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive platform optimization.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field with academic excellence
  • 1–3 years of experience working with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault as a developer or experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, IQVIA OCE, or Exeevo Omnipresence
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM data models, CLM workflows, user access models, and commercial operations.
  • Understanding of Vault objects, documents, workflows, lifecycles, and security configurations.
  • Technical experience with:Java / Apex, JavaScript / HTML, SQL / SOQL / XML / JSON, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in algorithms and data structures
  • Fluency in English

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to structure thoughts logically during discussions and presentations
