ZS's Supply Chain & Manufacturing group helps our clients to drive higher product availability at lower costs (stock-outs, carrying costs, and supply chain operating costs) and lower environmental impact through leveraging analytics, automation and process re-design approaches. Our offerings span the spectrum of strategy, advanced analytics, planning and technology to optimize deployment of resources (inventory, network, etc.) while maintaining customer service levels.

ZS is seeking an experienced Technology Consultant to support architecture, engineering, strategy, and advisory engagements across Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains. In this role, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define enterprise data, AI, and digital strategies, shape future-state architectures, and guide technology decisions across complex ecosystems. You will play a key role in evaluating platforms, developing points of view, and translating business priorities into scalable, future-ready solutions leveraging modern cloud and GenAI capabilities. This role requires a strong balance of technical depth and consulting acumen, enabling clients to unlock value from data, accelerate digital transformation, and establish robust foundations for innovation in regulated and complex environments.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end to end projects using cloud technologies to solve complex business problems
• Provide technology expertise to maximize value for clients and project teams
• Drive strong delivery methodology to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client’s satisfaction
• Ensure technology solutions are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and cost
• Guide coach and mentor project team members for continuous learning and professional growth
• Demonstrate expertise, facilitation, and strong interpersonal skills in internal and client interactions
• Collaborate with ZS experts to drive innovation and minimize project risks
• Work globally with team members to ensure a smooth project delivery
• Bring structure to unstructured work for developing business cases with clients
• Assist ZS Leadership with business case development, innovation, thought leadership and team initiatives

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in technology consulting, solution engineering, or data platform implementation roles.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles with demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and guide teams in sound technical decision-making.
• Experience supporting architecture and design initiatives to implement end-to-end data, AI, and digital solutions using modern technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience delivering data solutions using at least one leading platform such as: Databricks, AWS , Snowflake, Azure.
• Understanding of scalable data architectures including: Data ingestion and transformation pipelines, Lakehouse / Data warehouse design patterns, Batch and real-time processing, Performance tuning and cost optimization
• Hands-on exposure to GenAI platforms and enterprise LLM ecosystems, such as: OpenAI (GPT models, Azure OpenAI), Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, Databricks Mosaic AI, Google Gemini, Snowflake Cortex
• Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle concepts including model deployment, experimentation tracking, and integration into data platforms.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps integration, and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring practices (logging, tracing, performance monitoring).
• Awareness of environment planning (dev/test/prod segregation) and release governance.
• Experience in system integration using PaaS and SaaS platforms, such as: MuleSoft, Boomi
• Fluency in English

Enterprise Technology Consulting & Advisory Capabilities:

• Experience working in consulting environments supporting architecture, design, and implementation engagements.
• Ability to work effectively in offshore–onshore delivery models, collaborating across multiple projects and time zones.
• Exposure to supporting BD activities including: Drafting RFP responses, Effort estimation, Resource planning
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, OT, and business teams.
• Experience evaluating platforms/tools and supporting POV development for Manufacturing/SCM use cases.

Additional Skills

• Understanding of SCM value chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver) and core manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of OT and IT integration designs.
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma / Life Sciences / MedTech) and compliance considerations.
