Governance & Risk Specialist
Lead the implementation, evolution, and adoption of ZS's Project Risk Management (PRM) operating model and platform. Partners across Delivery Excellence, Quality & Risk Management, Legal, Privacy, Security, Compliance, and Risk functions to simplify governance processes, strengthen risk oversight, and enable proactive risk-based decision making throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead PRM launch readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement, training, communications, governance forums, and post-launch assessments.
- Shape the future-state PRM framework, governance model, and platform strategy to enhance risk visibility, governance effectiveness, and delivery excellence.
- Partner with business leaders and governance stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve risk management while minimizing administrative burden on project teams.
- Translate business, governance, compliance, and risk requirements into assessment logic, workflows, decision trees, control applicability models, and operational processes.
- Partner with SMEs across Legal, Privacy, Security, Quality, Compliance, Delivery Excellence, and Risk functions to ensure risks and obligations are consistently identified and addressed.
- Drive standardization of risk evaluation approaches, governance workflows, and assessment methodologies across the enterprise.
- Continuously improve assessment effectiveness while reducing friction and administrative overhead for delivery teams.
- Support integration of governance processes across Project Risk Management, Quality Risk Management, Privacy Assessments, Security Reviews, contractual reviews, and related risk workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver platform enhancements, workflow improvements, and future-state capabilities.
- Gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions and governance workflows.
- Collaborate with Archer administrators, technology teams, and implementation partners to support design, testing, deployment, and adoption activities.
- Partner with Project Managers, Delivery Leaders, QRM, QRC, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security, and other governance stakeholders to strengthen project risk management practices.
- Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder discussions to monitor emerging risks, mitigation progress, compliance requirements, and operational priorities.
- Support development and enhancement of governance standards, operating procedures, control frameworks, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies across the PRM ecosystem.
- Support development of predictive risk indicators, intelligent workflow recommendations, automated evidence collection, and decision-support capabilities.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, Delivery Excellence, Operational Risk, Compliance, Project Assurance, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting enterprise governance, operational risk, compliance, quality management, delivery excellence, or project assurance functions.
- Experience translating policies, standards, contractual obligations, risk requirements, or control frameworks into operational processes and workflows.
- Experience with governance transformation, process redesign, workflow automation, or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience working across Legal, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Quality, or Delivery organizations.
- Experience with enterprise workflow platforms such as Archer or similar governance technologies.
- Experience supporting product management, platform implementation, business analysis, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Understanding of AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and emerging governance technologies.
- Fluency in English
