Job Purpose

Purpose of the Clean Energy Development & Infrastructure Investment Coordinator is to support the CED & II executive and team with coordination of administrative tasks associated with managing internal and external stakeholders, driving and delivering change and effectively executing complex projects and programs. The successful candidate will be a strong collaborator and an organizer with passion for energy and environment. Will have strong organizational skills to help the team deliver on objectives, establish and meet timelines and effectively manage risks.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop the agenda and coordinate execution of the agenda to facilitate staff meetings and other key stakeholder meetings when required
  • Maintain schedules and meet deadlines by tracking actions, maintain risk register and monitoring and reporting progress against objectives for the team, establishing visibility for progress across the team and coordinating related reporting across the team
  • Lead the planning and execution of key events internally or with external stakeholders including logistics, invites, registration and day of event, post meeting follow-ups and action tracking
  • Manage Calendar and prioritize time and schedule of the executive
  • Schedule key senior stakeholder meetings and events across the company
  • Draft letters, emails and other correspondence
  • Coordinate event logistics, bio, prep sessions and speaker notes in partnership with corporate affairs and aligned with company’s strategic priorities for external engagements
  • Maintain reporting and planning calendars and assemble/update reports for the team
  • Maintain external engagement calendar for the team coordinating conference and seminar attendance by team members and in coordination with other internal teams
  • Organize national and international travel for the CED team and process and manage expenses
  • Organize and manage communication channels for the team and major projects including effective document management
  • CED & II team liaison for corporate wide initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
  • More than 3 years of experience as an effective administrative coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Power Point, Words and Excel
  • Proven administrative skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven prioritization and time management skills
  • Great written and oral communication skills

Salary

$80k - $100k a year
