How would you ensure delivery of improvement and efficiency projects?


We are offering a superb opportunity for a Performance Improvement Officer to advance our performance improvement agenda across all Asset Operations business areas. This will give you exposure across the whole business at all levels which is great for your development and raising your profile, together with the flexibility and freedom to handle your own workload.


This role has a wide scope which will bring a large amount of variation in terms of identifying business issues, analysing the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions. Your role will be to act as a critical friend to business areas, your focus will be leading on problem-solving performance and process issues, engaging stakeholders to work together for a common purpose.


You will be extracting and analysing data from different sources, making sense of this information to generate high-quality insight for recommendations and suggestions. Using PowerBi to present your findings which everyone can understand, you’ll influence stakeholders with proposals for improvements across our E2E process, embedding changes that address key issues in our Asset Operations business unit.


What are the requirements?
To thrive in this role we are looking for you to have a process improvement background with proven experience of process improvement and lean methodologies. A pro-active problem spotter and solution provider with the drive and tenacity to deliver process improvements projects, creating an environment for continuous success. You will be proficient in data analysis and performance reporting using MS office and Power BI. You’ll be good at interacting with all types of people and can adapt your style effortlessly, making an impact at all levels.

Pay and Benefits

• A competitive salary of £39,000 to £49,479 pa + Benefits package + Training and Development.
• 26 days leave plus 8 statutory days.
