This requires us to ensure we optimise across the requirements of a broad range of customers and stakeholders while also considering the socio-economic and environmental implications of everything we do.

Join Our Team as an Outage Optimisation Planner!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As an Outage Optimisation Planner, you'll be at the forefront of our Network Operations and Intelligence (NOI) function, the beating heart of NGET! Here, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our outage plans while driving exceptional business performance and championing safety.

This is your chance to lead the charge! Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Project Managers and Planners, as you develop and oversee outage plans for a specific region. You'll be accountable for ensuring we meet our delivery targets, taking full ownership of the plan contents and expected outcomes.

Your keen eye for detail will shine as you monitor progress against outcome targets, swiftly addressing any escalations to keep us on track. By understanding work attributes and optimising dates, you'll evaluate Cost/Risk/Performance scores to prioritise the most critical tasks, ensuring our plans are always aligned with our goals.

In this dynamic role, you'll create and manage outages in our system, guaranteeing that plans are visible and data quality is top-notch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes and make a real impact on our operations!

We’re flexible on where you’re based, but we would like to see you at our offices in Warwick twice a week, and this can be combined with hybrid working from home. There will also be the need for site visits throughout England and Wales, occasionally throughout the year.
