About The Role

Brand New Roles x 2 – Permanent – Glasgow/ Hybrid

Great Britain's electricity infrastructure is undergoing an ambitious, exciting and vital transformation. Together with industry, we are creating a cleaner, greener system, one that protects the planet and serves generations to come.

Eastern Green Link (EGL) 2 & 3 are multi-billion-pound projects, which is being delivered via Joint Venture between National Grid and SSEN. These projects are focusing on the delivery of two of the Eastern HVDC Subsea Links, which will connect Scotland and England to support the transfer of renewable electricity to key UK centres of demand.

The Project Services Function has a significant role to play in supporting the delivery of these projects, including resource management. These brand new roles will be responsible for supporting resourcing activities for EGL2 & EGL3. To successfully operate within a regulated business environment, this role is required to monitor, control and report on resource matters required on these Projects – this includes areas such as resource planning & forecasting, capacity management, governance & reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Working within the Project Team, as a PMO Analyst, you will be expected to take a lead role in the coordination and fulfilment of all product change & resource activities required as part of the EGL2 & 3 Change and Resource Team.

These roles are hybrid with our recruiting managers based in Scotland, using our Glasgow office.

Our work and wider team of 50 people are hybrid, so we are open to UK wide candidates who are prepared to visit this office at least every couple of weeks.

We continue to offer hybrid working from office and home and we have offices to use across the UK.

We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.
