Senior Specialist - Talent Management & Development
Eakring/Hybrid - Average 2 days a week onsite

Reporting to the Group Learning Business Partner, this role plays a critical part in powering up that mission by owning and elevating:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Become the guardian and optimiser of our LMS — ensuring frictionless access, seamless performance, and a supercharged learning experience for all National Grid colleagues.
Ancillary Learning Support Systems Administration
Oversee and enhance the ecosystem of learning-support technologies that orbit our core LMS. You’ll keep these platforms aligned, connected, and running at full power.
Group Function Training Support
Empower our Group Functions with training coordination, insights, and operational support — ensuring they have everything they need to deliver impactful, energised, and future-focused learning.
What's in it for you
A competitive salary between £46,000 - £57,000 per annum– dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.

Administer SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems
Administer ServiceNow ticketing system
Manage the Technical Training Grid:Home to ensure that the content is relevant and current and provides value to the clients.
About you
- Responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies and securing appropriate resource requirements on time and in full.
- Accountable for coordinating all elements of the recruitment process, including management of content in the online recruitment tool. You will personally contribute to each recruitment activity as required.
- Responsible for building relationships with HR, for leading on all HR matters as directed by the Business Strategy Manager and for reporting progress against outstanding HR activities.
- Responsible for integrating resourcing plans into the overall workforce planning process and ensuring alignment with staff development.
