National Grid is hiring a Product Manager - Based from Warwick - Hybrid working policy

Job Purpose

As a Product Manager within the AO Digital Team, you will define, implement, and manage products from conception to final delivery throughout the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, addressing pain points, and ensuring that our Asset Health digital solutions meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. This role will involve leading a team of professionals and contractors, driving product development, and the agile delivery of Maximo Health.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full development cycle for Maximo Health, ensuring alignment with customer needs and financial objectives.
  • Act as the owner and champion for Maximo Health, prioritising product requirements and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, translating customer needs into actionable product propositions.
  • Coordinate product trials and launches, providing support for communications and training.
  • Develop financial plans and forecasts, monitoring expenditure and ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and improvements within the team and product offerings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the Asset Management field, particularly in utilities.

About you

  • Proven experience as a product specialist, particularly in Maximo Health.
  • Technical expertise digitising Asset Management Strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving innovation.
  • Experience of working within Energy, Utilities or CNI Environment is highly desirable.

What you'll get

A competitive salary between £70,000 - £85,000 – dependent on capability.

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 30% of your salary for stretch performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
